Blackberry now available at TATA DOCOMO

Announcing the grand launch of new BlackBerry solution for Tata DOCOMO users, as MR. Deepak Gulati, the President of, Tata Docomo, said” Tata Docomo is a young brand that recently rolled out GSM services across eight circles within a span of 45 days and has received an enthusiastic response. When we launched our GSM services, we had promised our subscribers that we would bring to them the best products and services. Living up to that brand promise, we are launching two powerful BlackBerry touch smart phone for our customers. Indian telecom users will also have the option to connect any authorized BlackBerry touch Smart phone available in the market and subscribe to a Tata DOCOMO data plan.”
According to gulati “The BlackBerry smart phones, jointly with Tata DOCOMO aid, will plea to a wide range of retail and commerce users who desire an outstanding mobile experience with, messaging, e-mail, social networking, , music, mobile Internet and entertainment,”
According to MR.Frenny Bawa, the Vice-President, and according to another Research in Motion India, he said that, “We are very pleased to initiate the BlackBerry solution on the freshly originated Tata DOCOMO GSM network. The BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 8900 smart phones that all bring a dominant mix of communications, connectivity and multimedia features that will suit the needs of Indian customers.”
Tata DOCOMO has provided two supple plans for BlackBerry data service – ‘Do 299′ and ‘Do 899′. The ‘Do 299′ plan wraps limitless data usage for e-mail and instant messaging, whilst the ‘Do 899′ plan involves limitless data usage for, e-mail, Internet and instant messaging access. Voice plans are even subscribed individually.
The BlackBerry Bold supports Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g) networks and involves built-in GPS. It in addition supports tri-band HSDPA swift networks all around the earth.
The BlackBerry Curve 8900 Smartphone features fitted GPS and sustain location-based services. It too allows simple access to social networking sites and has built-in Wi-Fi. The earpiece too includes a 3.2-megapixel camera with zoom, picture stabilization, a media player and a 3.5-mm stereo headset jack and headset, flash and the aptitude to record video and a micro SD/SDHC memory card slot.
